I found your book Sandman Slim through the Kill the Dead link in the Amazon top ten email. From reading the reviews and blurb, I was interested in buying the book, however, Amazon does not allow Australians to purchase your books in ebook format. Shame really, that I wont get to read it now. Or do you know of an alternative source to purchase an ebook format from?
